When you contact us through the form on this website, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message. We also automatically log the IP address of the submitting device and the submission timestamp, strictly for security (anti-abuse rate limiting and bot filtering).
Why We Collect It
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship, and maintain a record of the correspondence. We will not use your information for marketing or any unrelated purpose without your separate consent.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties. Your submission is stored on a server we operate in Singapore; we use Resend (https://resend.com) as our email delivery provider, which processes the message contents solely to route submissions to our internal inbox.
How Long We Keep It
We retain contact form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for our internal records, typically up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless an active business relationship requires continued retention.
Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the use of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our contact form and include "PDPA Request" in your message.
